Who is this Esther lady?

Esther believes in mixing eastern and western philosophies. She likes to play where psychology meets spirituality. Esther uses her knowledge from her Yoga studies rooted in the foothills of the Himalayas, Reiki healing techniques, life experience, and countless hours of self study to help you have the most magickal life.

She loves to see the magick in life wherever she goes! "I see beauty and the bright side super fast and hope it rubs off on everyone I encounter." -Esther

Esther is currently a full time student working towards her teaching licence! She teaches Restorative Practices & Circles to teachers and students in schools, facilitates Implicit Bias workshops, works as a substitute teacher, runs a nonprofit, and is a momma to three kids! She is passionate about everything she does including youth driven projects and personal growth work. Esther has spoken internationally about manifesting through meditation and the importance of mindfulness.

She loves to study the brain, brain based learning, trauma, and anything to do with psychology! Her belief in the law of attraction motivates her. She believes we get ourselves stuck in a rut of positive or negative and need to be aware where we are and choose where we want to stay! She is a trauma informed youth worker who uses restorative practices and peace (or community) circles in her work!

She believes deeply that the practice of mindfulness and Yoga can help people in focusing and peace. Her belief in Yoga is that, Yoga rests your mind and is effective for anyone with anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, or just about anything to do with stress. She purposely seeked out a Yoga teacher training that not only taught the anatomy, physiology, and history of Yoga but the release and empowerment part too!
